1. Sign out of all Google accounts except for your school-assigned, student Gmail account.
   1. In Gmail, click on the circular profile image at the top right and select “Sign out of all accounts” or “Sign out” to be safe. This will ensure that no other accounts are logged in.

2. 2. Once you’re signed out of all accounts, sign back in to your school-assigned Gmail so you know you’re only logged in to your student account.

2. Sign out of Zoom.
   1. Go to Zoom.us and click on “My Account” at the top right. NOTE: If you see “Sign In” at the top right instead of “My Account” – you’re not signed in and you can move to the next step!

3. 2. Click the profile image at the top right and select “Sign Out”.

3. Click this link: ssi.zoom.us
4. Click on the “Sign In to Your School Zoom Account” button.

5. If you followed steps 1 and 2 correctly, you should be logged in to your School Zoom Account now!
   1. If you click on the profile image at the top right, you should see your school email. If not, click “Sign out” and go back to step 3.
   2. If you reach a Google “Sign in” prompt, enter your username and password for your school account.
   3. If you have any other error messages, make sure you signed out of all Google accounts and go through these steps again.

If you use the Zoom Application, follow these steps to make sure you’re logged in correctly:

1. Open the Zoom App.
2. Click on the profile image at the top right of the window.

3. Click “Sign Out”.

4. Select “Sign In with SSO”.

5. When prompted for Your company domain enter: SSI

6. Zoom will open your browser and you might have to select “Open zoom.us”.

7. That’s it! You’re logged in to your School Zoom Account!
